Sales Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead customer development and drive performance for JD Logistics. The role focuses on acquiring key logistics clients, managing overseas warehouse projects, and expanding market share across our global network.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with key customers, logistics clients, and overseas warehouse partners.
• Execute sales plans, achieve performance targets, and increase market share.
• Maintain ongoing communication with customers, understand their needs, and ensure high satisfaction.
• Prepare project proposals, quotations, negotiate contracts and oversee signing.
• Manage accounts receivable, collect payments on credit terms and coordinate with internal teams to resolve exceptions.
• Gather market intelligence, monitor competitor activities and provide feedback to support marketing strategies.
• Monitor project progress and control risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales or business development within logistics, supply chain or related industries.
• Strong customer relationship management and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze market information and develop strategic plans.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
