Sales Representative - OOH

About the role

Nestlé Waters KSA produces Al Manhal and Nestlé Pure Life in Saudi Arabia. As part of its commercial expansion, it is looking for a Sales Representative - OOH to join its Jeddah team, based at the Almanhal Water Factory in Jeddah Industrial City. The role drives growth, executional excellence and customer partnerships across corporate offices, banks, institutions (healthcare, education, industrial, governmental) and HORECA channels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a defined customer portfolio in corporate, institutional and HORECA channels to achieve volume and revenue targets.
• Carry out daily field visits to engage with customers, identify opportunities and ensure service excellence.
• Build and maintain long-term partnerships with key clients, purchasing teams and distributors.
• Run sales and promotional programs while ensuring market visibility and channel compliance.
• Find new business through market mapping and competitive analysis.
• Work with marketing, logistics and finance to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Monitor sales performance, forecast demand and report market insights to management.
• Follow Nestlé's standards of quality, safety and ethical business practice in the field.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in OOH or FMCG field sales, preferably in the beverage or foodservice sector.
• Proven success managing large accounts and driving execution excellence.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent command of Arabic and English.
• Valid Saudi driving licence required.
