Security Supervisor – Red Sea Resort (Saudi National)

About the role

The Security Supervisor leads the resort’s security team during each shift, ensuring safe and smooth operations across all guest and back‑of‑house areas. This role is responsible for supervising staff, managing access points, monitoring systems, and responding to emergencies.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise shift deployment, punctuality, grooming and equipment readiness of security colleagues.
• Oversee daily security operations at the control room, lobby, loading bay, guest floors, VIP parking, outdoor zones and patrol routes.
• Manage access control for staff, contractors, visitors and vehicles, supporting the Visitor Management System.
• Conduct roving safety patrols, identify hazards, suspicious behaviour or procedural breaches and take corrective action.
• Operate the Security Control Room, monitor CCTV, alarms, duress and fire‑life‑safety systems, and report faults.
• Respond to security, medical, fire, duress, lost‑child, crowd‑control and other emergencies; provide First Aid/CPR/AED as needed.
• Document incidents, prepare end‑of‑shift reports, maintain logbooks and handle lost‑and‑found, key/pass inventory and VIP movement support.

Required profile

• Saudi national with proven experience in security supervision, preferably in hospitality or resort environments.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to brief and coach security staff.
• Ability to enforce standards, conduct regular checks and ensure accurate handovers.
• Capable of rapid decision‑making during emergencies and comfortable coordinating with internal and external responders.
