Senior Architect & Technical Coordination Manager

About the role

We are a leading real‑estate development company seeking a Senior Architect / Technical Coordination Manager to drive architectural design review and multidisciplinary coordination for large‑scale mixed‑use and high‑rise projects in Riyadh.

Key responsibilities

• Lead architectural design reviews across all project phases, ensuring compliance with objectives, standards and regulations.
• Coordinate architectural, structural, MEP and specialist disciplines to deliver fully integrated design solutions.
• Manage external design consultants, monitoring quality, schedule and deliverables.
• Review drawings, specifications and technical submissions for accuracy and coordination.
• Assess constructability, identify value‑engineering opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Resolve design conflicts, RFIs and coordination issues throughout execution.
• Collaborate with project management, commercial and delivery teams to align design with budget, schedule and construction strategy.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of architectural design and technical coordination experience.
• Proven track record on large‑scale mixed‑use or high‑rise developments.
• Strong background in multidisciplinary coordination and consultant management.
• Experience across the full project lifecycle from concept to hand‑over.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• BIM processes and multidisciplinary coordination workflows.
• Knowledge of local building regulations and international design standards.
• Understanding of building systems, construction methodologies and design standards.
