Senior Associate – Financial Due Diligence (Deals & Transaction Services)

About the role

Join PwC’s Academy Middle East as a Senior Associate in the Deals, Transaction Services practice, focusing on Financial Due Diligence (FDD). You will work on high‑profile transactions, providing valuation opinions and advisory support to help clients maximise deal value.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct due diligence analyses, distinguishing between audit, corporate finance and valuation work.
• Identify key deal drivers and risks, develop scope‑specific analysis, and prepare targeted questions for management.
• Assess materiality, draft clear slide decks, and contribute to report writing.
• Manage time and deliverables against engagement timelines, collaborating with senior team members.
• Travel to client sites and work additional hours as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, Accounting or a related field.
• Qualified CA/ACCA or equivalent, or actively pursuing the qualification.
• Strong academic record and analytical mindset.
