Senior Associate – Quality & Risk (MENA – Qatar/KSA)

About the role

EY is seeking a Senior Associate to join its MENA Tax Quality team, supporting offices in Doha, Riyadh, Al Khobar or Jeddah. The role blends technical tax‑quality expertise with administrative support, helping client teams deliver high‑quality work while managing risk and complying with EY and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to quality and compliance queries from business units and provide consultation support.
• Assist and track project initiatives through to resolution, including policy research, review and drafting.
• Support the delivery of Tax Quality training to client teams and provide ad‑hoc project coverage during peak periods.
• Maintain the Tax Quality SharePoint site, manage document uploads and access permissions.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare invitations, and assist with meeting documentation and presentations.
• Occasionally arrange business travel and itineraries for the team.

Required profile

• University degree (undergraduate or higher).
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in compliance, quality assurance or related tax environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret regulatory and internal EY requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SharePoint for document management.
• Familiarity with tax‑quality frameworks and compliance processes.
