Senior Designer – Product Advertising & Marketing

About the role

EXA Ceramics is seeking a Senior Designer to lead the creation of high‑quality visual concepts for product advertising, promotional kits and digital media. You will shape the brand’s visual identity across printed and online channels while guiding a graphic design team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative graphics and marketing content that reflect brand values and product identity.
• Design packaging, sales collaterals and digital assets from concept through final production.
• Maintain a visual database, perform colour corrections and ensure assets are readily available for business needs.
• Supervise and mentor the graphic design team, ensuring brand aesthetics are consistently applied.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to generate packaging ideas that meet client requirements.
• Monitor design schedules, report progress and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Lead brainstorming sessions and drive continuous improvement in design processes.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in a design‑related field.
• 4‑6 years of professional experience in graphic or product design.
• Proven ability to lead a design team and manage multiple projects.
• Strong understanding of brand communication and marketing principles.
