Senior Manager – Architecture Design, Sports Business Unit

About the role

Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a Senior Manager to lead architectural design for its Sports Business Unit. The role will drive the creation of world‑class sports facilities from concept through construction, ensuring innovative, functional and sustainable solutions that meet international standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide architectural design management for sports assets, collaborating with Development Lead, Senior Director of Design, Project Design Director and local design consultants.
• Coordinate design and engineering across all disciplines and align projects with budgets and schedules.
• Lead weekly design meetings and liaise with the master developer as required.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, city framework standards and federation requirements, staying current with code changes.
• Monitor consultant deliverables, review drawings and approve or comment using the CRS process.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• 7–15 years of professional architectural design experience, with a strong focus on sports facilities such as stadiums and arenas.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex projects.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Experience working in the Middle East is preferred.
