Senior Manager, Digital Change Management

About the role

The Senior Manager, Digital Change Management will lead and embed change management practices across SOPC+ digital transformation initiatives. The role ensures that digital solutions are adopted, utilized and sustained by driving structured organizational change, stakeholder engagement, communication and readiness across SOPC entities.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute digital change management strategies aligned with SOPC's transformation roadmap.
• Apply change management methodologies consistently across strategic digital programs, including SAP and other enterprise platforms.
• Identify key stakeholders, develop targeted engagement plans and oversee integrated communication plans that articulate vision, benefits and progress.
• Assess organizational readiness, conduct impact assessments and define mitigation actions for people, process and capability gaps.
• Coordinate training enablement and knowledge‑transfer activities in collaboration with relevant teams.
• Work closely with Strategic Programs Delivery, Enterprise Architecture, IT and Data teams to embed change activities within program delivery plans.
• Define and track change management KPIs to measure adoption, engagement and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven ability to lead digital change initiatives across large organizations.
• Experience working with enterprise platforms such as SAP.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication capabilities.
