Senior Manager: Infrastructure Asset Integrator (LCP Roads)

About the role

The Senior Manager – Infrastructure Asset Integrator (LCP Roads) will lead the technical and analytical effort for long‑term lifecycle management of the Kingdom’s road, highway and civil transport assets. The role connects field operations, smart‑city digital platforms and corporate finance to deliver data‑driven asset strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and continuously refine 10‑ to 30‑year Capital Asset Replacement Plans (CARP) for roads, pavements, civil structures and highway assets across all districts.
• Build and calibrate advanced pavement degradation curves and predictive models that reflect regional climate, environmental stresses and traffic loads.
• Conduct Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analyses and financial forecasting to optimise asset investment decisions.
• Integrate new road assets into the organisation’s digital ecosystem, ensuring seamless data flow between operational, smart‑city and finance systems.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years (180 months) of experience in infrastructure asset management, lifecycle planning or related fields.
• Proven ability to lead multi‑disciplinary teams and manage large‑scale asset portfolios.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in financial modelling and asset degradation analysis.
