Senior Manager – Infrastructure Finance (Deals) – Riyadh

About the role

As a Senior Manager in PwC’s Infrastructure Finance team, you will join a leading professional services network to advise public and private sector clients on large‑scale infrastructure projects across power, renewables, social infrastructure and transportation. You will work on complex deals, from feasibility studies and business cases through to procurement, contract structuring and implementation, supporting clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead advisory mandates on infrastructure projects, including feasibility studies, business cases and market analysis.
• Develop procurement strategies and evaluate options for large‑scale capital projects.
• Structure complex commercial contracts and coordinate multidisciplinary teams (legal, financial, technical).
• Advise on project governance, risk assessment and management frameworks.
• Support bid development, procurement processes and bid evaluation.
• Provide implementation advice during design and construction phases.
• Drive business development initiatives and respond to RFPs across the region.
• Mentor and coach junior team members and collaborate with senior leadership to deliver high‑quality outcomes.

Required profile

• 10–15 years of experience in infrastructure advisory, project development or financing from developer, consultant or banking perspectives.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering; MBA preferred.
• Proven experience in project/construction management and procurement for large capital projects.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure lifecycle and alternative contract types (DB, EPC, DBFO).
• Ability to draft business plans and conduct financial and commercial analysis.
• Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is a strong plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 30‑40% of the time.
