Senior Project Manager – Luxury Projects

About the role

Parsons Corporation is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead luxury hospitality projects across Saudi Arabia. The role involves overseeing multiple project managers, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in line with contractual obligations while supporting the Country Manager’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direction and management to a team of Project Managers handling large‑scale or multiple small projects.
• Develop and control project scope, schedule, and commercial performance.
• Establish and monitor Project Execution Plans, Health & Safety Plans, and QA/QC Plans.
• Act as the company representative with clients and key subcontractors, negotiating scope changes.
• Collaborate with Business Development to secure additional work and market the firm’s capabilities.
• Prepare and distribute project summaries and status reports to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate potential cost overruns or schedule delays.

Required profile

• Minimum 20 years of experience in project management within construction or luxury hospitality sectors.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor multiple project managers.
• Strong understanding of contractual obligations, budgeting, and risk management.
• Excellent communication skills for client and stakeholder interaction.
