Senior Revenue Strategy & Operations Specialist

About the role

JACO is looking for a Senior Revenue Strategy & Operations Specialist to lead revenue growth for JACO Live across overseas markets, initially focusing on Saudi Arabia and the wider MENA region. The role blends strategic planning with hands‑on execution to shift the business from campaign‑driven spikes to sustainable, system‑led growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own and implement revenue strategy and operational initiatives for JACO Live in target markets.
• Design and execute growth plans covering streamer activation, creator growth, supply‑side incentives, traffic optimisation, user engagement and monetisation.
• Analyse creator behaviour, audience consumption patterns, gifting trends and local content preferences to uncover revenue opportunities.
• Develop scalable creator‑growth systems, segment streamers, and evaluate the ROI of incentive programmes.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product, Data, Engineering, Finance and regional teams to translate insights into actionable plans.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience in revenue strategy, live‑streaming, creator economy or related digital‑business environments.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a deep understanding of the live‑streaming ecosystem.
• Proven ability to work across product, data, operations and finance teams.
