Service Manager

About the role

Evostel is seeking a Service Manager to lead its Electrical Services Business across Saudi Arabia. The role oversees the full lifecycle of engineering, field services, testing & commissioning, retrofits, maintenance, and technical consulting for power distribution and industrial electrical systems.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary engineering and field service teams to deliver projects on time, safely and profitably.
• Support sales and business development by identifying service opportunities, reviewing RFQs, and participating in pre‑bid technical discussions.
• Manage project phases from proposal preparation, engineering design, resource planning, execution, testing & commissioning, to customer acceptance and closure.
• Ensure safety compliance, operational efficiency and high customer satisfaction throughout service engagements.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Vendors and Customers to secure necessary resources and maintain strong relationships.

Required profile

• Results‑oriented leader with extensive experience in electrical services, power distribution, and industrial maintenance.
• Strong commercial, engineering and operational capabilities, able to drive profitable growth.
• Proven ability to build and manage high‑performance service organizations.
• Excellent communication skills for interfacing with sales, customers and internal stakeholders.
