SME Client Manager - Saudi National

About the role

Cigna is looking for an SME Client Manager based in Riyadh, reporting to the Head of SME Client Management. You will manage a portfolio of SME clients in the GCC, resolving complex customer issues, anticipating needs and preventing problems from recurring, and completing account management tasks without immediate supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of SME clients in the GCC and engage regularly with brokers and clients, resolving their service and support needs.
• Negotiate renewals for the SME portfolio through an annual renewal strategy, optimising rate action and profitability.
• Identify compliance risks for brokers and clients in the GCC and take the lead on day-to-day enquiries within agreed timelines.
• Hold quarterly face-to-face strategic meetings with brokers, including their management, to review retention rates, successes and challenges.
• Look for growth opportunities with existing groups and build strong relationships with brokers and internal customers.
• Own the full renewal process for the assigned portfolio and achieve the financial targets set each year.
• Maintain accurate database records, including Salesforce, with at least 98% accuracy.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, take ownership and demonstrate initiative.
• Experience collating data and statistical analysis; good time management and ability to prioritise workloads against tight deadlines.
• Coaching, supervisory and basic leadership and management skills.

Required skills

• Sound knowledge of Excel and Word; basic Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Knowledge of processes, procedures and systems, and regulatory requirements.
