Store Manager – Prada Beauty at Westfield Mall

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead the Prada Beauty boutique at Westfield Mall in Jeddah. Reporting to regional leadership, you will be the face of the brand, responsible for delivering an exceptional luxury experience and achieving commercial objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Drive store business and achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Recruit, retain and nurture a base of loyal VIP customers.
• Lead and develop the store team, ensuring full compliance with brand guidelines and processes.
• Define, execute and monitor the store action plan.
• Manage the customer database to build strong relationships and generate future selling opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven ability to drive business results in a luxury retail environment.
• Lead by example, embodying Prada Beauty’s values and philosophy.
• Strong team leadership and development skills.
• Experience in building and maintaining VIP customer relationships.
