About the role

Join Flowmingo’s Partner Program as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner. You will leverage your HR or recruiting network to introduce our AI‑powered interview platform to hiring teams and earn commissions for successful referrals.

Key responsibilities

• Introduce Flowmingo to HR, recruiting, and decision‑making contacts in your network.
• Help new users understand how the platform fits into their hiring workflow.
• Provide feedback to improve the product.
• Earn commissions for each successful client referral and onboarding bonus for your own company.

Required profile

• Current or former HR professional, recruiter, or consulting specialist with an active network.
• Self‑starter who enjoys recommending tools that add real value.
• Comfortable working on a flexible, commission‑only schedule.
