Talent Management & Development Specialist

About the role

The Talent Management & Development Specialist supports the execution and coordination of talent management initiatives, ensuring alignment with the organization’s development framework. This role focuses on operational execution of learning activities, logistics management, and stakeholder coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Execute talent management initiatives to support associate growth and business alignment.
• Coordinate logistics for training programs, including scheduling, venues, materials, and attendance tracking.
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts related to development programs.
• Track and follow up on Individual Development Plans across business units.
• Facilitate data collection and analysis for talent reviews and maintain development records.
• Coordinate internship program logistics, including onboarding and orientation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• 0–1 year experience in Talent Management, Learning & Development, or HR functions.
• Strong communication, time management, and collaboration skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
