Technical Site Support Lead

About the role

Parsons is seeking a Technical Site Support Lead to provide expert engineering guidance across construction sites in Saudi Arabia. You will act as the primary technical focal point, ensuring that design intent is correctly interpreted and that construction teams receive the information they need to keep projects on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical support activities across multiple construction fronts and project areas.
• Provide technical guidance to site engineering teams, construction managers, inspectors, and contractors.
• Review and assess site queries, RFIs, technical clarifications, and design‑related challenges.
• Coordinate with design consultants and engineering disciplines to deliver timely technical solutions.
• Monitor outstanding technical issues, ensure effective close‑out, and recommend improvements to prevent recurring delays.
• Review engineering drawings, specifications, design changes, and technical submissions from a construction perspective.
• Support value‑engineering initiatives while maintaining quality, safety, and compliance.
• Facilitate technical coordination meetings and resolve clashes, interface conflicts, and sequencing challenges across civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, ICT/ELV, airfield/AGL, and utility systems.
