UX/UI Designer – Government Digital Services

About the role

The UX/UI Designer will create intuitive, accessible, and visually consistent digital interfaces for web and mobile platforms supporting government services in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on user‑centered design, ensuring compliance with national usability and accessibility standards while delivering seamless experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high‑fidelity UI designs for web and mobile applications.
• Ensure all designs comply with national usability, accessibility, and digital experience standards.
• Collaborate closely with developers to guarantee accurate implementation of design specifications.
• Contribute to building and maintaining a scalable, consistent design system across government services.
• Conduct usability testing, analyse user feedback, and iterate designs to continuously improve experience.
• Align design solutions with user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human‑Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
• Proven experience designing for accessibility and inclusive digital services.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience working within government or public‑sector digital environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Figma for UI/UX design.
