About the role

The Radisson Hotel Group is looking for a Waiter/Waitress to join its Food & Beverage team in Jeddah. The role brings a refined level of hospitality and a customer-centred approach to the dining experience, supporting the smooth running of the department and the delivery of memorable guest moments.

Key responsibilities

• Support the smooth running of the food & beverage department, delivering the guest dining experience to the highest standard
• Work as part of a team that maximises guest satisfaction and responds positively and on time to guest enquiries
• Carry out assigned duties and tasks in a timely and professional way
• Deliver on departmental plans and objectives, including hotel initiatives and targets
• Work with the immediate supervisor to control costs and inventory and attain productivity and performance levels
• Maintain effective working relationships and promote company culture and values
• Ensure compliance with applicable legislation and best practice, with documentation for internal and external audits and follow-up as required

Required profile

• Experience in food & beverage service is beneficial but not essential
• Hands-on approach with a can-do work style
• Passion for hospitality and exceptional guest service
• Ability to find creative solutions and take ownership of duties
• Personal integrity and the ability to work in an environment demanding excellence

Required skills

• Experience of working with IT systems on various platforms
• Strong communication skills
