Accountant – Finance Support Services

About the role

Halliburton is seeking an Accountant to join its Finance Support Services team in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. The role offers exposure to a range of accounting functions within one of the world’s largest energy‑service providers.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare accounting reports and perform increasingly complex analyses using spreadsheets and relevant applications.
• Post journal vouchers and ensure accurate recording of accounting transactions.
• Research and resolve basic accounting issues, maintaining internal controls.
• Understand and apply company business systems, processes, and policies related to the assigned location and department.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum nine (9) months of experience in an accounting‑related role.
• Knowledge of US GAAP or applicable country‑specific accounting principles.
• Ability to work under general supervision and develop proficiency in financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting.
