ACS / ELV Site Engineer – Project Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced ACS/ELV Site Engineer to lead the execution of industrial security system projects across Saudi Arabia. The role involves supervising installation, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring compliance with security standards.

Key responsibilities

• Review IFC/shop drawings, device layouts, cable routes and site surveys for ACS/ELV readiness.
• Supervise installation of ACS field devices such as controllers, card and biometric readers, magnetic locks, door contacts, exit buttons and emergency break‑glass units.
• Coordinate daily with site teams, subcontractors, QA/QC, HSE and system engineers to resolve execution blockers.
• Prepare redline drawings, installation checklists, inspection requests, punch lists and hand‑over documentation.
• Support SAT, commissioning, defect rectification and produce as‑built documentation.
• Report daily progress, manpower needs, material shortages and project constraints.

Required profile

• 6–8+ years of experience in ELV/security systems with a strong ACS site execution background.
• Hands‑on experience with ACS devices, field termination, testing, troubleshooting and door hardware integration.
• Previous work in industrial or live operational facilities.
• Ability to independently review drawings, BOQ, cable schedules, method statements and inspection checklists.
• Knowledge of SAIS/HCIS security execution standards (preferred) and Siemens SiPass experience (preferred).
