AI-First Graphic Designer and Multimedia Specialist

About the role

WSP in the Middle East is seeking a highly creative, technically capable AI‑first Graphic Designer and Multimedia Specialist to support a major project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role blends strong design fundamentals with advanced AI‑assisted image generation, visual storytelling, presentation design and video content creation.

Key responsibilities

• Design high‑quality project reports, technical documents, proposals, brochures, executive summaries, infographics and other communications.
• Develop and maintain professional document templates, visual systems and project‑specific design standards.
• Produce sophisticated layouts for digital and print materials and ensure consistency with brand guidelines.
• Prepare final artwork and production‑ready files for digital publication and professional printing.
• Create polished presentations for senior leadership, clients, government stakeholders and project teams, converting complex information into concise visual slides.
• Develop diagrams, process maps, timelines, dashboards, icons and bespoke presentation graphics.
• Use generative AI tools to develop images, visual concepts, storyboards, design options and creative assets, crafting detailed prompts for consistent high‑quality outputs.
• Accelerate concept development, image enhancement, background generation and visual experimentation while maintaining visual consistency across AI‑generated assets.
• Apply quality control to ensure AI‑generated materials are accurate, professional and suitable for client‑facing use.
• Stay informed about emerging developments in generative design and AI‑enabled creative workflows.

Required profile

• Proven experience in graphic design and multimedia production with a strong foundation in design fundamentals.
• Demonstrated ability to work with AI‑assisted image generation and generative design tools.
• Experience translating complex technical information into clear visual narratives for documents and presentations.
• Ability to collaborate with project leadership, technical teams, business stakeholders and communications specialists.
• Strong attention to visual consistency and brand guidelines.
