Arabic (Gulf) Quality Control Specialist – Project Lyra

About the role

We are launching Project Lyra, an AI language evaluation initiative, and need Arabic (Gulf) linguistics experts to ensure the quality of AI‑generated text. As a Quality Control Specialist you will review, refine and improve conversational outputs, helping to make AI communication more accurate and culturally appropriate.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated Arabic (Gulf) text for linguistic accuracy, grammar and cultural relevance.
• Identify issues and rewrite responses to enhance clarity and correctness.
• Develop natural prompts and responses to enrich conversational datasets.
• Collaborate with global teams to continuously improve AI language model performance.

Required profile

• Strong academic or professional background in linguistics.
• Native or professional proficiency in Arabic (Gulf) with excellent written skills.
• Deep understanding of grammar, linguistic structures and cultural nuances.
• Experience in language review, evaluation or similar tasks.
• Comfort with structured tasks such as preference ranking, prompt‑response writing and grammaticality checks.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to give clear, constructive feedback.
