Architect – Design & Project Management

About the role

We are seeking a talented and innovative Architect to design, plan, and oversee building projects from concept through completion. The role involves close collaboration with clients, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to deliver functional, safe, sustainable, and aesthetically appealing designs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, designs, and detailed construction drawings.
• Prepare plans, specifications, and technical documentation for building projects.
• Create 2D and 3D models, renderings, and presentations using architectural design software.
• Coordinate with structural, mechanical, electrical, and civil engineers.
• Ensure designs comply with building codes, zoning regulations, safety standards, and sustainability requirements.
• Review project feasibility, site conditions, and environmental considerations.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources throughout design and construction phases.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and maintain design intent.
• Review contractor submissions, shop drawings, and material specifications.
• Resolve design issues and provide technical guidance during project execution.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and sustainable design practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• Proven experience in architectural design and project management.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, construction methods, and regulations.
• Excellent design, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
