Architect Engineer – Residential & Façade Design

About the role

Our client, a leading architectural design consultancy in Riyadh, is expanding its design team. The Architect Engineer will work on residential and mixed‑use projects, focusing on concept creation, façade development, and high‑quality architectural solutions within a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative architectural concepts and design solutions for residential and multi‑sector developments.
• Lead and contribute to façade design throughout all design stages.
• Prepare concept, schematic, and design development packages.
• Produce high‑quality architectural presentations and detailed design documentation.
• Develop and coordinate BIM/Revit models during the design process.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure design quality and project integration.
• Support project delivery while maintaining high design standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
• 4–6 years of experience in an architectural design consultancy.
• Strong background in concept design, façade design, and design development.
• Proven experience delivering residential and multi‑sector development projects.
• Portfolio submission is mandatory.
• Saudi nationals are preferred, but candidates of all nationalities are encouraged to apply.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
• Strong experience with BIM workflows and Revit model coordination.
