About the role

Grey Design Company for Engineering Consultancy is seeking a qualified Architectural Engineer to join its Jeddah office on a full‑time basis. The role involves developing design concepts, preparing detailed drawings, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high‑quality projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts and design solutions aligned with project requirements.
• Prepare and produce architectural drawings and technical details for project delivery.
• Coordinate with structural, mechanical, and electrical engineers to ensure integrated designs.
• Participate in technical meetings, presentations, and project requirement reviews.
• Translate client requirements into practical, high‑quality design solutions.
• Conduct site visits as needed to support coordination and monitor progress.
• Manage architectural modifications that affect other disciplines, ensuring alignment across all teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Saudi nationality or Saudi mother.
• Based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Ability to manage tasks efficiently and meet project deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in Revit.
• Proficiency in SketchUp.
• Proficiency in Adobe design software.
• Strong understanding of architectural drawings, technical detailing, and project coordination.
