Architectural Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated Architectural Engineer to join our growing team in Riyadh. The role involves designing and developing building projects, supervising implementation, and preparing tender proposals while ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, analyse, and modify architectural plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and market requirements.
• Prepare and review technical documents for tender proposals.
• Participate in project meetings and discussions with internal departments and external stakeholders.
• Identify and research potential new projects and clients aligned with the company’s expertise.
• Conduct site visits to oversee design implementation and quality control.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering or equivalent.
• 5‑10 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in engineering consulting firms in Riyadh.
• Strong understanding of Riyadh Municipality requirements.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient English language skills.
