Architectural Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an Architectural Engineer to join our design team, responsible for turning concept ideas into detailed construction documents across real‑estate, hospitality and mixed‑use projects. The role involves close collaboration with engineering, MEP, structural and project management teams to ensure design integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and refine concept designs, schematic layouts, and detailed construction drawings.
• Prepare and review design packages, tender documentation, and presentation materials.
• Coordinate with internal engineering, MEP, structural and project management teams.
• Review consultants’ drawings for compliance with project standards and codes.
• Support preparation of authority approval submissions and permitting processes.
• Participate in coordination and design review meetings with consultants and stakeholders.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, verify design intent, and resolve construction‑related issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• 5–10 years of experience in architectural design, preferably in real‑estate development, hospitality or mixed‑use projects.
• Excellent command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
