About the role

The Assistant Front Office Manager will support the Front Office Manager in delivering Hyatt’s brand promise by overseeing daily front office operations at Grand Hyatt The Red Sea. This role ensures smooth guest experiences across the front desk, entrance services, communications centre, business centre and Grand Club.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist in managing front desk operations, including check‑in, check‑out and guest inquiries.
  • Oversee front service areas such as parking, hotel entrance and guest reception.
  • Coordinate the Communications Centre, Business Centre and Grand Club services.
  • Ensure compliance with Hyatt International corporate strategies and brand standards.
  • Address guest concerns promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.

Required profile

  • University degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Assistant Front Office Manager or Front Office Manager.
  • Strong problem‑solving, administrative and interpersonal abilities.
