About the role
The Associate Director of Sales – Leisure will lead the sales function for the leisure segment at Grand Hyatt The Red Sea, ensuring alignment with Hyatt International’s corporate strategies and brand standards while delivering exceptional experiences for guests, employees, and owners.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the sales department efficiently, driving revenue growth in line with corporate objectives.
- Provide leadership for all selling activities across the hotel.
- Collaborate closely with Rooms, Food & Beverage and other revenue‑generating departments to maximise sales opportunities.
- Monitor performance against targets and implement corrective actions as needed.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year experience as an Associate Director of Sales (ADOS) in a luxury international brand hotel.
- Strong understanding of selling techniques and marketing approaches.
- Saudi national – position open to Saudi citizens only.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience with hotel property management systems such as Fidelio, Delphi or RESERVE.
