About the role

As the Store Manager for JACQUEMUS at Jawharat Jeddah Mall, you will lead the store’s business performance, build a loyal VIP customer base, and ensure the brand’s standards are consistently delivered across all touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Lead by example, embodying the brand’s values in every interaction with customers and team members.
• Define, execute, and monitor the store action plan to meet sales targets and KPIs.
• Manage the customer database to nurture relationships and generate future sales opportunities.
• Stay ahead of trends, product launches, and competitor activity, feeding insights back to the back‑office.
• Promote an omnichannel mindset, integrating online and offline sales channels.
• Provide clear vision, recruit, develop, and retain talent, and foster a positive, trust‑based work environment.
• Coach team members, monitor development plans, and handle performance improvement processes transparently.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences, especially for VIP clients, leveraging data and clienteling techniques.
• Ensure compliance with all sales and operational policies.
