Assistant Manager - Engineering Solutions - BIM

About the role

The Assistant Manager – Engineering Solutions – BIM will design, implement, and support solution architecture components for a range of development business systems, including Design, Engineering, BIM, GIS, and Digital Twin platforms. The role ensures that business and technology requirements are translated into scalable, interoperable, and reliable solutions that enable efficient project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop solution architecture designs, technical specifications, and integration models aligned with enterprise standards.
• Translate business and functional requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Execute implementation activities such as configuration, deployment, testing, migration, and go‑live support.
• Support systems integration and ensure reliable data flow across platforms.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, interface specifications, and solution artifacts.
• Validate solutions against architecture, governance, and compliance standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
• Monitor system performance, support enhancements, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives and operational readiness.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 + years of experience in solution architecture, systems implementation, and integration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Experience with Design, Engineering, BIM, GIS, Digital Twin, or similar development systems preferred.
• Background in large‑scale organizations, smart‑city projects, real‑estate, engineering, or entertainment industries is a plus.
• Experience in consulting firms or enterprise technology delivery environments is advantageous.
• Relevant certifications in enterprise applications, BIM, GIS, Digital Twin, cloud platforms, or solution architecture are preferred.
