About the role
Join Mastercard’s 18‑month Launch Program as an Associate Analyst in Account Management, based in Riyadh. You will rotate through two nine‑month assignments, gaining exposure to sales, business development, product management and solutions across the Global Markets unit.
Key responsibilities
- Support strategic sales planning, consultative selling and solution development to drive revenue goals.
- Coordinate project‑oriented work, manage schedules, financials and ensure delivery within scope and budget.
Required profile
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program with graduation expected between March 2026 and August 2027.
- Passion for delivering high‑quality results and proven leadership in work or extracurricular activities.
- Eagerness to learn quickly through structured training and organic development.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey complex ideas effectively.
