About the role

Parsons is seeking a motivated Associate Architect to join its Tamkeen Program in Saudi Arabia. This entry‑level position offers a structured rotational experience across engineering disciplines, project controls, procurement and construction management, allowing you to develop a solid foundation in the built environment sector.

Key responsibilities

• Apply basic engineering techniques and analyses to support project tasks.
• Participate in a rotational program covering project controls, procurement, and construction management.
• Utilise CAE and CAD tools to produce design and analysis documentation.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and architects under close supervision.
• Travel or relocate to supplier, client, or construction sites as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering or a related field.
• 0+ years of professional experience; recent graduates are welcome.
• Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical or civil engineering principles.
• Proficiency with CAD software; familiarity with CAE applications.
