About the role

Parsons is seeking a motivated Associate Architect Engineer to join its Tamkeen Program in Saudi Arabia. This entry‑level position offers a structured rotational experience across multiple engineering disciplines and project functions, allowing you to develop a solid foundation in architecture and engineering while contributing to real projects.

Key responsibilities

• Apply basic engineering techniques and analyses within architecture and related disciplines.
• Participate in a rotational program covering Project Controls, Procurement, Construction Management, and various engineering specialties.
• Utilize CAE/CAD tools for design and documentation tasks.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and support on‑site activities.
• Travel or relocate to supplier, client, or construction sites as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering or a related field.
• 0+ years of professional experience; recent graduates are welcome.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, civil or related engineering concepts.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CAD and other computer‑aided engineering/design software.
• Familiarity with standard PC software packages used in engineering.
