Associate or Full Professor – Accounting

About the role

Effat University College of Business seeks experienced scholars to join its faculty as Associate or Full Professors in Accounting. The successful candidate will teach both undergraduate and graduate courses, advance the department’s research profile, and mentor students in their academic projects.

Key responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate and graduate accounting courses using innovative, practice‑oriented methods.
• Supervise student research projects, theses and dissertations.
• Conduct and publish high‑quality research in leading accounting journals.
• Contribute to the department’s research agenda and attract external research funding.
• Maintain strong links with industry and professional bodies.

Required profile

• PhD in Accounting (with BSc and MSc) from an accredited university.
• Minimum five years of teaching experience at undergraduate and graduate levels.
• Demonstrated record of scholarly publications in top‑tier journals.
• Ability to secure research grants and collaborate with industry partners.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
