About the role
Mnzil is a fast‑growing prop‑tech startup reshaping workforce housing and real estate services across Saudi Arabia. As a remote Bookkeeper Associate, you will ensure the accuracy of financial records and support daily accounting operations that enable scalable growth.
Key responsibilities
- Record and maintain financial transactions with precision.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare reconciliations and maintain up‑to‑date financial records.
- Track invoices, payments, and expenses.
- Support monthly closing and reporting activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to guarantee financial accuracy.
Required profile
- 3+ years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting support roles.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
Required skills
- Experience with accounting systems or ERP tools.
