Branch Specialist – Al Wajh

About the role

The Branch Specialist will work in the Al Wajh branch of SNB, delivering banking services to customers while supporting the bank’s growth objectives. This entry‑level position is ideal for fresh graduates looking to develop banking expertise and customer‑facing skills.

Key responsibilities

• Market and sell the bank’s strategic products, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Execute cash operations such as deposits, withdrawals, and transfers in line with internal controls and Saudi Central Bank regulations.
• Identify customer needs, provide solutions, and guide clients toward electronic banking channels.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information and adhere to all bank policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Saudi national with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Marketing, Finance, Banking, Insurance, Sales, English, Computer Science, or Public Relations.
• Minimum GPA of “good”.
• Successful completion of recruitment assessments and interviews.
