About the role

TruKKer is seeking a dynamic, results‑driven Business Development Manager to accelerate revenue growth for its land‑freight and logistics platform across Saudi Arabia and GCC corridors. The role will focus on acquiring new enterprise clients, expanding existing accounts, and strengthening TruKKer’s market presence in the regional freight forwarding sector.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect and close new enterprise customers for FTL/LTL services.
  • Manage and grow existing accounts to maximize revenue and client satisfaction.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing in line with company guidelines.
  • Collaborate with operations, product and marketing teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Conduct market analysis and monitor competitor activity to inform sales strategy.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets and report pipeline progress.
  • Represent TruKKer at industry events and build a strong professional network.

Required profile

  • Proven B2B sales experience in land‑freight or logistics (FTL/LTL) with a track record of revenue growth.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑growing, results‑oriented environment.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
  • Based in Saudi Arabia and willing to travel within the GCC.
