About the role

The Business Development Manager will lead growth initiatives for a portfolio of home appliances and consumer electronics across Saudi Arabia. Working remotely, you will build strategic partnerships, expand distribution channels, and drive sales performance to increase market share.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new distribution partners and key accounts.
  • Develop and execute channel strategies to broaden retail presence.
  • Conduct market intelligence to spot trends and competitive threats.
  • Support product management with feedback from the field.
  • Collaborate with marketing to strengthen brand positioning.
  • Prepare accurate forecasts and sales reports.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce or a related field.
  • 5–10 years of experience in business development, sales or account management within home appliances, consumer electronics or FMCG durable goods.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales and profitability targets.
  • Deep understanding of the Saudi retail and distribution landscape.
