Business Development Specialist

About the role

Dentsply Sirona is seeking a Business Development Specialist to support the growth of its Regional Commercial Operations (RCO). The role works closely with the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to develop and execute strategic and commercial initiatives across the region, helping to expand market presence for dental equipment and solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the CCO to design and implement regional selling tactics and commercial strategies.
• Identify and explore new business opportunities, including tenders and large‑scale projects.
• Participate in key projects, tenders, and bids, providing technical specifications, analysis, and layout preparation.
• Support marketing activities, sales training, forecasting, and execution of regional plans.
• Represent the company at dental exhibitions, conferences, and other industry events.
• Collect and analyse business intelligence on competition, pricing, distribution networks, promotions, and product launches to inform portfolio decisions.
• Assist in the design and execution of bundled dental solutions tailored to regional needs.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of dental equipment tenders and commercial processes.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with senior commercial leadership.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel within the region for exhibitions and client meetings.
