Business Management Sr. Specialist

About the role

The Business Management Senior Specialist supports the Business Management team and senior leadership by handling business administration, asset management and reporting functions. Reporting to the Business Manager/Lead under the Chief of Staff, the role ensures smooth coordination of projects, budgets and stakeholder communication.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate contract administration, requirements estimating, scheduling and cost‑control activities for assigned projects.
• Assist in preparing and monitoring CAPEX and OPEX budgets, ensuring alignment with financial guidelines and business objectives.
• Produce data‑driven reports, presentations and other administrative deliverables.
• Liaise with HR, IT and Governance/Risk & Compliance teams to streamline processes and support digital initiatives.
• Engage external consultants and stakeholders as directed by the Business Manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business administration, office operations, budgeting and cost‑control.
• Proven ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver KPI‑focused results.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic is a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with SAP ERP (preferred).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Access, Visio and Power BI.
