CFO – Portfolio Management (Saudi National)

About the role

The CFO – Portfolio Management will oversee the financial performance and governance of a portfolio of project companies and O&M subsidiaries across multiple geographies. Acting as the key link between the Group CFO and project‑level finance teams, the role ensures consistency, transparency and strategic alignment for all assets.

Key responsibilities

• Provide monthly and quarterly business performance reviews to the CFO and CEO.
• Consolidate multi‑year business plans (MTP) and performance data by asset, investment and project.
• Lead cost analysis, budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting for operating and construction‑stage projects.
• Coordinate financial matters with lenders, government counterparties, EPC contractors, O&M providers and other service contractors.
• Oversee accounting and audit functions, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
• Support G&A performance target setting, monitor execution and propose corrective action plans.
• Challenge country teams on data accuracy and drive cost‑optimization initiatives.

Required profile

• Deep understanding of the power and water sectors in Saudi Arabia, including IPP frameworks, regulatory environment and long‑term concession/offtake structures.
• Proven experience in financial leadership for large, multi‑project portfolios.
• Ability to work closely with senior executives, project CFOs and external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on operational excellence and compliance.
