Change Management & Communications Specialist

About the role

Eram Talent is looking for a Change Management & Communications Specialist based in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia, to support enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. The role ensures the successful adoption of new business processes, systems and organisational changes by developing and executing change strategies, engaging stakeholders at all levels and creating effective communication plans. It involves close collaboration with business leaders, project teams and subject matter experts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement change management and communication plans for business transformation projects.
• Conduct stakeholder engagement, change impact and organisational readiness assessments.
• Prepare communication materials, presentations, newsletters and awareness campaigns.
• Coordinate training activities and support employees during organisational changes.
• Monitor change adoption, collect feedback and prepare progress reports for management.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings and discussions with stakeholders and project teams.
• Support digital transformation initiatives and the smooth implementation of new processes and ways of working.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, Organizational Psychology or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Change Management, Organizational Development or Business Transformation.
• Experience in stakeholder management, change impact assessment and organisational readiness activities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Experience supporting digital transformation or ERP implementation projects is preferred.

Required skills

• Knowledge of change management methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR or Kotter's Change Model.
• Professional certifications such as Prosci, CCMP or Business Communications are an advantage.
