Regional HR & Payroll Specialist

About the role

TechnipFMC is hiring a Regional HR & Payroll Specialist in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia, as part of its APAC and Middle East People & Culture Shared Services team. The role covers regional HR and payroll operations across assigned countries, with Saudi Arabia as the main country of accountability, working with country stakeholders, HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, GBS teams, Finance and external vendors.

The expected split is about 70% payroll and 30% Employee Services and Data Management, depending on regional needs. The position is full-time, office-based and onshore.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for Saudi Arabia and other assigned countries, using internal systems or external vendors
• Ensure compliance with local labour laws, tax regulations, social security, company policy and internal controls
• Complete monthly, quarterly and annual statutory filings on time
• Work with the Mobility team and tax agencies on expatriate and inpatriate tax computations and filings
• Prepare payroll reports for accounting and finance, and coordinate with GBS on employee lifecycle transactions and document administration
• Maintain accurate employee data and files, and support onboarding, changes, leave, benefits and exits where needed
• Provide country-specific HR operations support, including Arabic correspondence, bank letters and GOSI coordination for Saudi Arabia
• Support audits, collaborate with external payroll vendors, and handle HR and payroll queries through the ticketing system within SLAs
• Support process improvement, system migrations and implementations (including UAT, testing, documentation and Go-Live), and communicate changes to stakeholders and employees

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration or a related field
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive payroll data
