Training and Development Specialist

About the role

Eram Talent is looking for a Training and Development Specialist to join its team in Saudi Arabia. You will design, implement and manage training programmes that improve employees' skills and knowledge, working closely with other departments to assess training needs, build tailored programmes and promote a culture of continuous learning.

Key responsibilities

• Design and introduce the company's training and development framework, policies and standards.
• Analyse competency and skill gaps using performance data, surveys and discussions with management.
• Develop a long-term training roadmap aligned with business strategy and workforce planning.
• Create and run digital onboarding and learning programmes using technology such as LMS and e-learning tools.
• Develop and maintain training materials, manuals and visual aids.
• Evaluate programmes, trainers and content and recommend improvements.
• Manage the annual training budget and forecast future learning investments.
• Partner with external training providers and certification bodies.
• Prepare and present reports and dashboards on training outcomes and skill progress.
• Support managers and supervisors in applying coaching and learning techniques.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in training and development or a similar role.
• Fluency in English; Arabic fluency is preferred.
• Proactive attitude towards employee development and commitment to continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Ability to create engaging training content and deliver sessions.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
• Strong analytical, communication and teamwork skills.
