Chief Executive Officer (CEO) – FinTech

About the role

FinEasy, a Saudi‑licensed fintech, is preparing to launch a Sharia‑compliant point‑of‑sale financing platform. The Board is seeking a visionary Chief Executive Officer to guide the company through final licensing, market launch and rapid scale.

Key responsibilities

• Lead completion of SAMA final licensing requirements and establish governance, risk and compliance frameworks.
• Oversee delivery of the digital platform and integration with national infrastructure and financing partners.
• Take the business from a closed pilot to full market launch, then drive commercial growth and profitability.
• Represent FinEasy before the Board, SAMA, shareholders and strategic partners.
• Build and inspire a high‑performing executive team and foster a transparent, healthy culture.

Required profile

• 12–15+ years in financial services or fintech, including 5+ years in senior executive leadership.
• Direct experience with Saudi regulators and strong knowledge of SAMA frameworks.
• Solid grounding in Islamic finance products (Murabaha, Tawarruq) and POS financing models.
• Proven ability to build companies at the foundation stage – strategy, licensing, launch and scale.
• Eligibility for SAMA Fit & Proper requirements; appointment subject to SAMA non‑objection.
• Full professional fluency in Arabic and English.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
