Civil Manager – Stormwater & Grading

About the role

Parsons Corporation is seeking an experienced Civil Manager to lead stormwater and grading activities on large‑scale projects in Saudi Arabia. You will oversee design, construction, and regulatory compliance while ensuring sustainable and high‑quality outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Review and manage stormwater management plans, site grading, and drainage designs for compliance with project requirements and local regulations.
• Coordinate with civil design consultants and contractors to optimise grading for efficiency, aesthetics and environmental impact.
• Oversee civil construction activities related to stormwater and grading, ensuring adherence to approved plans, schedules and quality standards.
• Obtain permits, ensure regulatory compliance and stay updated on stormwater codes and best practices.
• Monitor site conditions, manage risks such as flooding or erosion, and implement quality assurance measures.

Required profile

• Minimum 16 years of relevant experience (approximately 192 months) in civil engineering, stormwater management and grading.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage large‑scale construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of local and national environmental regulations.
